Quality of Work Life and Psychological Well-Being of Secondary School Teachers

Abstract


The aim of this study is examine the Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Psychological Well-Being of Secondary School Teachers in Ghale Gang City (in Iran). The study population is all secondary school teachers of Ghale Ganj city that the number of 190 and sample size is127 people. Simple random sampling was used. The research tool is recognition of the quality of life questionnaire Walton (1973) and Reef Psychological Well-Being Scale. Result showed that there are positive significant relationship between the quality of work life and psychological well-being Secondary school teacher’s in ghale Ganj city (in Iran).
