Litigation and Protest against Property Easement Rights in Iran

Abstract

One of the most important issues in the law of registration is issues related to the relationship between the owner and the realm. The increasing spread of relations between people and the increase in the number of construction and sales of the people has caused a lot of confusion and the creation of challenges for the exploitation of real estate among the people. Therefore, addressing issues such as property rights and the realm and the rights arising from the two to determine the status of land registers and buildings as a necessity and factor of efficiency and effectiveness, which solves the problems and related claims in this area it will be. Therefore, in the present paper, the law of the indemnify rights of immovable independent of arena in the law of registration and the various claims arising from it have been discussed.
