A Study on the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Culture and Creativity as
Abstract
This study attempts to examine the relationship between creativity and organizational entrepreneurship among employees. The statistical population includes a total of 202 employees working at Hormozgan Province Education Department during 2014-2015. The statistical sample was selected through stratified random procedure based on Cochran's formula, the size of which was 132 individuals. This is a descriptive-correlation study in terms of methodology. The data was collected through an entrepreneurial culture questionnaire from Payne Chatt (1985) and a creativity questionnaire from Torrence (1962). For data analysis, the statistical measures of Pearson’s correlation coefficient were employed.
