Dynamic E-commerce with the Use of Modern Technology in Electronic Contracts

Abstract

Today, the rights of IT and E-commerce have a special importance for the business world. In this relation, Electronic contracts have been noticed due to the E- commerce. The necessary conditions of success for the economical activists and their business advisers are Economy, Trade, foresight and willingness to meet the new requirements as a result of technical advances and new technologies since the traditional practices do not meet the modern need of traders. Using new ways of E –commerce, Internet nets do all the levels of compliance and transaction acceptance in a completely modern way. Importantly, in these transactions electronic signature is necessary. With the signature of the acceptor as the final step of a contract, this signature should be accepted in electronic transactions to authorize the agreement between the individuals. The main aim of this survey is to study the acceptance and electronic signatures in commercial transactions and the impact of the using new technologies in the creation of an up-to-date and dynamic commerce. The studied method is the library method. The study shows that electronic acceptance without the consideration of time and place is in the way to answer the compliant and the lack of spatial and temporal constraints and also the significant in financial costs are of the benefits of electronic acceptance. Electronic signature, document attributed to the subscriber and also the electronic acceptance have all the legal effects of the traditional signature legally. Eventually, it could be argued that electronic signature gives a legal status to the documents which causes mutual trust between the two parties, the ability to pursuit the electronic documents and lack of forgery of the content of the document.
